I bought a ticket but now I can't make it anymore. How do I get a refund?
All sales are final.
In the event that the event is postponed, will my ticket be honored on the new date?
Yes!
Will I be separated from my friends if I bought a ticket in a different GA name?
The only difference is the price. Once one category ticket name sells out, the ticket price goes up for the next name. To get the best price, please purchase the lowest GA ticket that is available. There are a few ticket names so we suggest you buy your tickets as early as possible.
Will this be indoors or outdoors?
Outdoors. VIP will be located Indoors
What if it rains?
Backwoods and Bonfires is a rain or shine event.
Where can I get pit tickets? How do I get all the way up to the front of the stage?
There are no pit tickets available for sale. If you want to have front of stage access and rooms of premier entertainment experience, VIP tickets are the only way to go! If you didn’t purchase a VIP ticket, you can upgrade at the door based on availability. You’ll get a nifty Backwoods back pack too filled with all kinds of sponsor swag and goodies.
Is there in-and-out/re-entry?
No.

Where can I find the festival map?
The map will be released ahead of time and will be posted on our site as well as all our socials. CLICK HERE
What kind of food will there be at Backwoods and Bonfires?
Tasty food, of course. We will have food trucks and vendors with all sorts of options, vegetarian and vegan options included. Water, soft drinks and alcohol will also be available on-site for purchase.
Can we bring cameras into Backwoods and Bonfires?
No professional cameras (cameras with interchangeable lens) without an approved photo pass will be permitted into the festival.
Ok, how do I obtain a press pass then?
Photo passes will only be granted to media companies. If you’re a photographer that happens to work for a media company and interested in covering the event, please fill out the media form on our website before the deadline.
Can I sell merch or pass out flyers, CDs, promotional items, etc. inside or outside of the festival?
No. We reserve the right to confiscate your items if you are caught selling or distributing anything without our approval.
I’m an upcoming artist and I would kill it at Backwoods and Bonfires. How can I get a slot to perform at the festival?
We partner with @CrowdFreak to provide more opportunities to obtain a slot at the festival. In the meantime, keep grinding and run those stream counts up!
